1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and utilizing our data recovery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Service Evaluation & Quotes

We provide firm, upfront quotes for our data recovery services before work begins. The evaluation process is designed to be as safe and non-destructive as possible. However, by sending your device, you acknowledge that the device may already be in a fragile or failing mechanical state.

3. Data Recovery Guarantee

While we employ industry-leading technology, certified cleanroom environments, and experienced engineers, data recovery cannot be 100% guaranteed in every catastrophic scenario (e.g., severe platter damage). If we are unable to recover your critical data, you will not be charged the quoted recovery fee.

4. Limitation of Liability

ECO Data Recovery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services, or any loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
