Hard drives are highly fragile and contain delicate moving parts. Please handle your device with extreme care—just like you are holding an egg.
Pack Securely
Try using a brand new box if available. Wrap the hard drive tightly in at least 2 inches of bubble wrap on all sides to protect it from shocks and vibrations during transit.

Attach your prepaid label and drop it off. Shipping stores are conveniently located in virtually every city in the USA, making the process quick and easy.

We partner with industry-leading couriers to ensure your critical data arrives safely at our ISO-certified cleanroom facility. Your prepaid label will be generated for one of our trusted partners for fully trackable, priority transit.
